As a renter, currently needing to move, the apartment market is terrible, and its tied to that sellers market boom. It all turns my stomach. Grateful for the work you do and your realistic optimism.
Yes, and there really ARE so many benefits of homeownership but also... it's becoming impossible. And it would be nice if homeownership wasn't the only way to have housing stability, protections, etc. How wild that our whole housing system is based off a personal wealth investment promise, rather than an acknowledgment of good housing as a human right.
