PechaKucha - Friday, May 15
Presenting "Field Notes: 100 Days of Drawing City Scenes"
Friends, I’m giving a PechaKucha talk next Friday!
Friday, May 15th at 6:30pm
Opalka Gallery at Russell Sage College
140 New Scotland Ave, Albany
Surprising no one, not even myself, I had originally planned an entire PK about my home electrification journey. I have it all written out! And then I was on a walk and thought, Oh I should do it on my 100 Day Project instead. So here we are.
PechaKucha is a storytelling format where 20 slides play for 20 seconds each while the presenter is speaking, for a total talk time of six minutes and 40 seconds.
By the time the event rolls around, I’ll be on Day 79 out of 100. Come hear from me and other local folks about all sorts of things. Snacks from Druthers and Honest Weight Food Co-op at 6:30; talks start at 7pm. The FB event page for it is here and the official PechaKucha page is here.
Free and open to the public!

Can’t wait! Looking forward to it!
This is so cool! Wish I could be there for it!
