I love your concentration in canal studies! I would maybe pair this with biking various sections of the Empire State Trail that run along the canal, and visiting some of the canal museums and visitor centers (some are farther afield in central and western NY). Also on my list is NA Mixologist studies, hoping to find my favorite non-alcoholic summer cocktail. (suggestions welcome!)

I’ve always wanted to learn how to skateboard!! Probability of injury is my main obstacle. Let me know how you do at staying upright :)
